Nestled behind the kitchen, enjoy yoga in a secure space with access to bathrooms and a place for your belongings. Surrounded by urban greenery, this is our home for the spring, summer, and fall. We’re excited to join a community of individuals who love yoga, healthy food, and connecting with others.

  • Ebony Fowler

    Certified 200-hour yoga instructor and licensed psychotherapist dedicated to bridging the gap between mental health and holistic wellness. With a passion for helping others heal from the inside out, Ebony integrates yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic practices to promote overall well-being. Through her unique approach, she empowers individuals to find balance, peace and resilience, both mentally and physically.

  • Cassie Dadzie

    Chef and owner of Socialized Catering LLC, is on a mission to create spaces where women can connect over healthy, nourishing experiences. With a background in Exercise Science and over two decades in the restaurant industry, she blends her expertise in nutrition, wellness, and community to craft farm-fresh meals that fuel both body and spirit. At Yoga in the City, Cassie curates vibrant, wholesome menus that perfectly complement the movement and energy of each gathering—turning every event into a space for connection, balance, and joy.
